Butser Ancient Farm is a unique experimental archaeological site nestled into the rolling countryside of the South Downs National Park. It features archaeological reconstructions of ancient buildings from the Stone Age, Bronze Age, Iron Age, Roman Britain and the Anglo-Saxon period.  In addition the farm grows crops from prehistory and keeps rare breeds of animals, such as goats and sheep.
